“The rooms that I and my parents stayed were in excellent conditions. Bathroom was new, clean and big. The bed was comfortable and the room was bright. I forgot my diamond earring in the room. I did not realise until I was back to Fukuoka. I called the hotel and they immediately sent a staff to the room that I stayed to check. THEY FOUND IT! “Top notch place to stay while in Nagasaki. As per normal Marriot, the room were impeccable and quite luxurious. The only thing I didn’t like was the WiFi service. It is tied to their Bonvoy services and does not work well with VPN. This is commonly throughout the Marriot system and annnoying from a connectivity standpoint. Ignoring the wireless issues, this was an overall excellent choice. Staff were extremely competent and friendly, food choices (while pricey) were very good. Would visit again...
